As a nonprofit leader, Moore is committed to transparency, accountability, and sustainable community development. He actively pursues strategic partnerships, grant funding, corporate sponsorships, and volunteer engagement to strengthen Tiny Hearts of America's ability to serve communities throughout South Carolina and beyond.

Beyond his professional leadership, DaMitchell D. Moore is a devoted father to his 11-year-old son, Ta'Khadyn Moore, whom he considers his greatest inspiration and motivation. Fatherhood has shaped his commitment to creating safer, healthier, and more supportive communities where every child has the opportunity to thrive. He believes that investing in children today creates stronger families and brighter futures for generations to come.

Moore believes that meaningful change begins with compassion, collaboration, and service. His leadership continues to guide Tiny Hearts of America toward its mission of healing hearts, empowering futures, and strengthening communities, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to grow up healthy, safe, supported, and filled with hope.

Chris Jones serves as Executive Director of Tiny Hearts of America, a South Carolina nonprofit focused on child protection, food security, and family support.

Chris's commitment to this work is personal. As a child who faced many of the same struggles Tiny Hearts of America now works to address, Chris understands firsthand what it means for a child and family to need support — and has built a career dedicated to being that support for others.

That path began in behavioral health, where Chris provided therapeutic counseling for adolescents facing behavioral health challenges and later chaired a Quality Improvement Committee designing person-centered programs for individuals with autism. Chris went on to build and lead quality management systems across behavioral healthcare organizations, establishing compliance frameworks, training programs, and audit processes that raised the standard of care for the people they served.

That foundation — equal parts clinical insight, operational discipline, and a personal understanding of what's at stake — now drives Chris's leadership at Tiny Hearts of America, where every program is built with the same goal: making sure no child has to face those struggles alone.

Summer Etheredge serves as Program Coordinator of Tiny Hearts of America. Mrs. Etheredge is a legal professional, MSW student, and founder of The Etheredge Collective. As a devoted mother of six, she is passionate about advocating for Black boys, strengthening Black families, and creating healing-centered spaces for marginalized communities. Through her writing, speaking, and community engagement, Summer blends evidence-based practice with compassion, cultural awareness, and faith, challenging systems while encouraging personal and collective transformation. Her work is rooted in one belief: healing people heals communities.

Angel Sumter serves as Volunteer Coordinator for Tiny Hearts of America, where she is dedicated to connecting compassionate volunteers with meaningful opportunities to serve children and families throughout the community. She believes that lasting change begins with people who are willing to give their time, talents, and hearts to others.

Angel's commitment to service is rooted in both her professional experience and her personal values. With extensive experience in client support, tax preparation, accounting, and customer service, she has built a career centered on helping individuals navigate challenges with compassion, integrity, and care. Her ability to foster trusted relationships and provide dependable support has made her a valued resource for clients, colleagues, and the communities she serves.

A devoted mother of two, Angel has been an active advocate for children and families since 2013 through her involvement in the School Improvement Council (SIC), Parent Teacher Organization (PTO), and parent engagement initiatives. She has dedicated countless hours to volunteering in schools, supporting educational programs, and partnering with educators to help create positive learning environments where students can thrive. Her passion for strengthening families and building community relationships extends far beyond the workplace.

As Volunteer Coordinator, Angel brings together her passion for helping others, her strong organizational skills, and her heart for service to recruit, encourage, and support volunteers who share Tiny Hearts of America's mission. She is committed to building meaningful connections that empower volunteers to make a lasting difference in the lives of children and families, ensuring every act of kindness contributes to stronger, healthier communities.
